The only reason, I think, that I would really support a Clinton/Obama ticket is that it would finally break the white christian male presidential line. Now, as far and ideals I haven't started my research yet (I HATE POLITICS) so we'll see.

maybe I have been HORRIBLY misinformed, but I really thought Anne Rice gave up her gothic style of writing when she had her religious awakening and is now writing christian fiction.

I hardly think that lessens the impact she's had. Her change doesn't undo everything that she's already done; it only affects her future.

Well, making huge life changes can affect one's credibility. Of course, there are always exceptions to the rule.

Mostly I was just trying to see if it was true.

That is all well and fine, and she may have great ideas and tell us all sorts of stuff, but the deal breaker for me is that she lies. She lied when she said she would never run in national tv a few years ago when she became senator. How can she be trusted to lead our country when she can't even tell the truth? (I know they all lie, that is what they do, but she did it before she was even running) I for one won't vote for het.
