If it makes you feel any better I have never heard of Interweave. They might be everywhere in the USA but they are not everywhere where I live in Canada.

I love Interweave, and they do what they do so well - besides not wanting them to stop doing it as well as they do now (confusing slef) I don't want to stop liking them because they've TAKEN OVER. I want to love them for being special...

That would be a shame. Time for a blog revolution?

Disney and Walmart may own their industries, but they don't own us. Interweave won't own The AntiCraft unless you all sell it to them. It may be a shame to see Interweave "sell out" to the ever-encroaching materialism of the capitalist majority (if that's what they're doing), but we have our own choices as to what we sell... and buy. If Interweave goes down in a flaming hunk of greed then it will have had a good run and we'll all miss it. Until then, let's just enjoy.

I didn't realize Interweave was taking over the world. But any publisher that would put such an incredibly awful picture on the cover of the last issue of Fiberarts (the Wearable Art edition) needs to be stopped in their tracks.
