Excellent article! I had my anti-wedding in a Masonic hall, officiated by a local mayor, and made my own gray dress that I wore to three other formal occasions. I would have loved to have just gone to the courthouse, but my guy insisted on a big party.

Oh, and I can't forget that I set the whole thing up as a surprise 80th birthday party for my dad - he got a son-in-law as a present!
