As tirelessly as we worked for our 5% effort on this book, mistakes still happen. We'll post corrections below, so remember to check this page before you start a project, it could save you a lot of hassle. Blackbird's Secret
Templates are not, in fact, actual size. They need to be enlarged until the tube skin measures 3 3/8" from top to bottom.

Also, Tube Skeleton, steps one and two have imprecise measurements that will only lead people closer to frustrated insanity:

Tube Skeleton step one should read, "For the main tube, cut a 3" x 3 1/8" (7.6cm x 8.6cm) rectangle from the chipboard..." (the rest of this step is fine as is).

Tube Skeleton step two should read, "For the side of the lid, cut a 3/8" x 3 9/16" (1cm x 9.1cm) rectangle from the chipboard.... Mark a 1/4" (6mm) wide stripe along one of the shorter edges."
