Craft Contest Winner:
Meshweaver

When mixing up a batch of eye of newt, toe of frog, wool of bat, and tongue of dog, how do you keep from scorching your counter or tabletops?

The answer to our Imbolc craft contest question comes from Maria Merlino, who submitted this adorable fillet crochet spider trivet. The mesh-like grid of the fillet crochet reminded us of meshweaver spiders, though their webs are nowhere near as organized.
